Akito nodded, holding out his hands. There was a moment of silence before two small bubbles of water formed around his hands, quivering as though they would pop at any second. Akito was watching his hands intensely, sticking his tongue out of the corner of his mouth a little bit.

"How about we scare Ruhtra when we see him, we creep up behind him and BOO, scream loudly and scare him?!" Edella asked. One of the things she loved to do was annoy Arthur, because she saw Yuna and Emmeline do that.

Akito's face grew grim. "I... don't think that daddy loves me at all some times..." he said softly. "He never seems to want to spend any time with me... and when I'm around, he won't look at me in the eye, or talk to me..."

Edella's happy face turned angry. "Ruhtra needs to be more like a father to you!" She snapped. "I know he loves you, and if he doesn't treat you like he loves you, then I'll have beary claw his eyes out, right beary?!" The bear nodded.

Emmeline smiled. "I don't know. He went to go get Akito, but I haven't seen him sense... I bet the little monster caught him." She said, saying 'little monster' as lovingly as possible.
Akito sighed. "Okay then... well... what are we going to do?" he asked. They had now made two or three plans, and had not yet acted on any of them.

"Good because Allede likes to have friends, other people here who Allede makes friends with don't seem to last long." Edella said, her smile growing creepy. "That's why Allede always has her stuffed animals around, they are good friends." She continued walking, stroking the bear's head. "Most of Allede's living friends seem to...disappear after awhile."

Akito nodded. "I know what you mean." he said quietly. That was also why Akito didn't have too many friends. None were around long before they were transferred... or... he frightened them away. "Allede... you'd like me even if I was totally different, wouldn't you?" he asked.
Emmeline shrugged. "Don't think of it like that. If it wasn't for our labs, she wouldn't even be alive. And she never complains. I think she just likes to get some attention now and then.
