History: Ichii was the son of a wealthy inventor, and taught Ichii how to build many things. Eventually, Ichii saw ways to perfect his father's work... however, his father would have none of it. So, in order to solve that problem, Ichii killed his father and took all of his inventions. After joining the Plague Rats, he was given the name Mr. Smith, a way for the other boys to tease him, but he doesn't seem to care.
