romotions happen once every so often, if your a new member the chances of getting promoted are slim there are five things that will increase your chance of promotion
1. how well you know me or one of the other staff members
2. how well you abide by the rules
3. post/character number
4. recemendation from Moko or Kai (whom btw have as much power as I do)
5. if you have good idea on how to make the board better you may get a promotion
