History: Not much is known about Hige. He just kind of apeared in the city one day. After that he stuck with the pack of wild dogs living there and left with Toboe and Toboe as a human. He's a nice enough guy, helped people in need, but he ended up scamming people out of money, stealing, and ruining reputations. He acts tough but turns to butter around the opposite gender.
